Factory-Verified Garlic: what we actually check
For garlic buyers, problems usually start from small things: wrong size, weak drying, dirty skins, broken cartons, or mixed grades. When the container arrives, the importer takes the full risk. That is why we keep inspection inside our process, not outside.
Our basic checklist
- Size check: random samples from different lots, count and measure.
- Colour and skin: uneven colour can indicate mixed grades or storage issues.
- Dryness: garlic must be properly cured. Wet garlic creates mold risk.
- Cleanliness: dust, loose skins, roots and foreign particles.
- Packing: mesh strength, knot quality, carton thickness, label accuracy.
- Loading: container condition, carton count, pallet stability, seal record.
After inspection, we share photo proof. If anything is not OK, we fix it before shipment. This is the meaning of Factory-Verified.
